Established as Visual Thinking International in 1995, Visual8 is helping to pioneer the use of computer modeling, combining simulation with scheduling algorithms and interactive graphics to produce powerful business planning solutions. We are the primary SIMUL8 application development, support and training group for North America, and have developed an Alliance relationship with SIMUL8 Corporation. Visual8 consists of two divisions.
LSS Division
Our Large-Scale Simulations division works to provide you with stochastic Decision Support Systems which can connect with databases set up on your SQL servers, Oracle systems, etc. Large-scale simulations use the SIMUL8 software as their base of operations and can be used every day for routine decisions, or less frequently for larger decisions used to make company-wide policy. |

Planning and Scheduling Systems Division
Our Planning and Scheduling Systems division builds deterministic systems using SIMUL8-Planner software. They can be used on a daily basis, importing shop floor data, building production schedules based a series of dynamic scheduling rules tailored to your company, and exporting order lineups back to your shop floor. |
