- Visual8 partners with the University of Toronto in Health Care Research
- Following the Candian "Wait Time Reduction" initiative, Visual8 is partnering with Professor Michael Carter, of the University of Toronto, and several Toronto-Area hospitals to develop a prototype simulation-based Decision Support Tool to assist in decision making and resource planning in hosipital Perioperative processes.
- Visual8 assists in automation of CVRD Inco refinery in Thompson, Manitoba
- Partnering with a local heavy equipment manufacturer, Visual8 is validating the design of a new automated process for loading and unloading nickel cathodes and anodes in the refinery tank house. The requirement for seamless interaction between the materials handling equipment makes simulation an indispensable tool for analyzing the proposed process.
